Email support

Email is the fastest way to reach us. We don't publish a phone number or mailing address — support is handled entirely by email so nothing gets lost.

We reply within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, from United States business hours.

Downloads, devices and account questions are usually answered in our FAQ.

Order help: the email address used at checkout, the book title and edition, and what went wrong.
Download trouble: the device and app you're reading on, plus any error message you saw.
Account access: the email on the account — never send us your password.
Print editions: we're still setting up print fulfillment; tell us which edition you'd like and we'll let you know when ordering opens.
