By browsing or buying from Jofe Babe Digital Book Store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live in order to make a purchase.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity under your account. Please give accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or attempts to bypass purchase or download limits.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change before you buy. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout; your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout. If a listing shows an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.

Print editions are shown for reference and are not yet sold through this checkout. Ordering details for print will be published when print fulfillment is live.

When you buy a digital book you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it and use it for your own family, classroom or care setting. Downloads may be limited in number and time for security reasons; contact us if you need help re-downloading a purchase.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the files;
• upload them to public sites, file-sharing services or AI training sets;
• remove copyright notices or claim the work as your own;
• reproduce them commercially, including printing copies for sale, without written permission.

All book text, illustrations, characters, logos and site content are owned by Jofe Babe Digital Book Store or its creators and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Please do not attempt to break, scrape, overload or gain unauthorised access to the store, its files or other customers' accounts, and do not use the site for anything unlawful.

Our books and activities are educational and creative materials offered for general use. The store is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not promise uninterrupted access or that content will suit every learner. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the store is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.

We may update these terms as the store grows. Changes take effect when posted here, and the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the store means you accept the current version.
