What formats can I buy?

Every title is available as a digital PDF or an EPUB (Kindle-compatible) file — both are instant downloads. Print editions are not on sale yet; we'll announce them when they launch.

How quickly do I get my digital book?

Instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the book appears in your personal library and your order confirmation email lands in your inbox with a link straight to it.

Do you sell printed copies?

Not yet. This launch is digital only — PDF and EPUB downloads. Print editions are in preparation and we'll announce them here when they go on sale.

Can I read on my phone, tablet and e-reader?

Yes. PDFs open on any screen, and the EPUB file works in most reading apps and e-readers — you can also use Amazon's free Send to Kindle service to move it onto a Kindle. Your library is always available when you sign in, on any device.

Question 5

How many times can I download a book I bought?

Each one-time purchase includes 5 downloads, which is plenty for re-downloading to a new phone, laptop or e-reader. Members download without limits.

Do my books ever expire?

Never. Once a title is in your library it stays there, and you can come back to it years later.

Question 7

I can't find my book after paying — what now?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and open your library; purchases attach to the email you checked out with. If it still isn't there, reply to your order confirmation email and we'll sort it out for you.

What does membership include?

Unlimited downloads across your library, access to member titles, and no download caps on anything you already own. It renews monthly and every book stays yours.

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Manage or cancel your plan from your membership page in a couple of clicks — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

What happens to my books if I cancel?

Anything you purchased outright remains in your library permanently. You simply return to the standard 5-download allowance on those titles.

Is checkout secure?

Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details are never stored on our side. Checkout runs over an encrypted connection from start to finish.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Digital files can't be returned once downloaded, but if a file is damaged, wrong, or won't open, tell us and we'll replace it or refund you. Damaged print copies are reprinted at no cost.

How do I get in touch?

Reply to any email we send you, including your order confirmation. A real person reads it and usually answers within one business day.
