Jofe Babe Digital Book Store is an independent publisher of digital children's books, operating from United States. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@jofebabe.com.

• Account information. Your email address, and your name if you provide one, when you create an account or sign in (including sign-in with Google).
• Order information. What you purchased, the amount, order status, and the download history tied to your library.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout — we never see or store them. We keep only the payment reference Stripe returns to us.
• Email list. If you join the Bright Learners list, we store your email address and where you signed up so we can send the free activity and future updates.
• Usage information. Page views and basic marketing attribution (such as campaign parameters in a link you clicked), collected so we know which pages and ads are useful.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers, each with their own privacy policy: Stripe for payments and checkout, Resend for transactional and list email, our hosting and database provider for accounts, orders and secure file storage, and Google Analytics 4 for aggregate site analytics. Where advertising measurement tools are enabled, they may receive event information about site activity.

We use cookies and browser local storage for essentials — keeping you signed in and remembering your cart — and for the analytics and attribution described above. You can clear this data in your browser at any time; clearing it will sign you out and empty your cart.

To deliver purchases and downloads, maintain your library, send order confirmations and account emails, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand which parts of the store are working. We do not sell your personal information.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We will still send essential messages about purchases you make, such as order confirmations and account security emails.

Our books are made for young children, but the store itself is intended for parents, caregivers and educators. Accounts and purchases are for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

We keep account, order and library records for as long as your account is active or as needed for tax and accounting purposes. Book files are stored privately and delivered through expiring links tied to your purchase. No online service can promise perfect security, but we limit access to what is necessary to run the store.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account. Email support@jofebabe.com from the address on your account and we will respond as promptly as we can.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the revised policy.
